এথিক এর প্রথম মঞ্চ প্রযোজনা উপ মহাদেশের প্রখ্যাত নাট্যকার উৎপল দত্ত'র কালজয়ী নাটক হাঁড়ি ফাটিবে। নতুন আঙ্গিকে নাটকটি নির্দেশনা দিয়েছেন তরুণ নির্দেশক মিন্টু সরদার এবং সহযোগী নির্দেশক মনি কানচন।
সমাজের উপর তলার মানুষদের কুৎসিত অন্ধকার জীবনের মুখোশ উন্মোচন করার এক রোমাঞ্চকর অভিযান এই নাটকের মূল প্রতিপাদ্য।। প্রতিভাবান লেখক কালিকিংকর। এক সন্ধ্যায় নৈশ ভোজের আমন্ত্রণ জানায় সামাজের ধনাঢ্য ও প্রভাবশালী কিছু মানুষদের। রহস্যময় আমন্ত্রন পত্র পেয়ে কৌতুহল আর রোমাঞ্চ বশত শহর থেকে অদূরে নির্জন দ্বীপে একে একে এসে হাজির হয় দেশ বরেণ্য উপন্যাসিক, পত্রিকার মালিক, ব্যবসায়ী, রাজনীতিবীদ, সমাজ সেবিকা, জমিদার প্রমুখ। নৈশ ভোজের আগে কালিকিংকরের আদালতে দাঁড়াতে হয় সবাইকে। জেরার মুখে ধীরে ধীরে মুখোশ উন্মোচন হতে থাকে সবার। যারা নিজেদের স্বার্থে তাকে ব্যবহার করে দেশ ও রাষ্ট্রের অনিষ্ঠ করেছে। একে একে সবার গোপন হাঁড়ির খবর প্রকাশ হতে থাকে সকলের সামনে এবং প্রমানসহ সেগুলো নিয়ে বই প্রকাশিত হবে। কালিকিংকরের এই অনাকাঙ্খিত ব্যবচ্ছেদে সবাই মুষড়ে পড়লেও সামান্য লেখকের কাছে সহজে হার মানতেও তারা রাজী নয়। নানা রকমের ফন্দি-ফিকির আটতে থাকে। চলে কুট-কৌশলের ইদুর বিড়াল খেলা। খেলার শেষে এক অনিবার্য সত্যের মুখোমুখি দাড়ায় সবাই। দারুন অভিনয় সমৃদ্ধ নাটকটিতে অভিনয় করেছেন হাসান রিজভী, ভাবনা হাসান, সুকর্ন হাসান, মনিরুল হক ঝলক, মনি কানচন, রওনক বিশাক শ্যামলী, আজিম উদ্দিন, নাহিদ, এস পি খান শাওন, রুবেল খান, আবীর বাবু ও মিন্টু সরদার। নাটকের আলোক পরিকল্পনা করেছেন ঠাণ্ডু রায়হান, মঞ্চ ও পোষাক আনিস আনন্দ, রূপ সজ্জায় শুভাশিষ দত্ত তন্ময় এবং প্রচ্ছদ পথিক পলাশ।। আলোক প্রক্ষেপণে সুজন শামীম এবং সঙ্গীত প্রক্ষেপনে শরিফা জাহান রুমা।
নাটকটি ২০১০ সালের ২২ মে বাংলাদেশ মহিলা সমিত মিলনায়তনে উদ্বোধনী মঞ্চায়ন হয়। ২০২৪ সালের ৩১ মে বাংলাদেশ শিল্পকলা একাডেমিতে নাটকটি আবার নতুন আঙ্গিকে মঞ্চে আসে । এই নাটকের মোট প্রদর্শনী সংখ্যা ৮২

Ethic's first stage production is Hari Fatibee, a classic play by renowned playwright Utpal Dutta of the subcontinent. The play is directed by young director Mintu Sardar and associate director Moni Kanchan. The main theme of this drama is a thrilling expedition to uncover the ugly dark life of people on the upper floor of the society.Kalikingkar is a talented writer. One evening Nash invited some of the rich and influential people of the society for a dinner. Out of curiosity and excitement after receiving a mysterious invitation letter, country elite novelists, newspaper owners, businessmen, politicians, social workers, landlords etc. came to the secluded island far away from the city one by one. Everyone has to stand in Kalikingkar's court before dinner. In the face of Jera, everyone's mask is gradually revealed. Those who have used him for their own interests have done the country and the state a disservice. One by one, the news of everyone's secret pots began to be revealed in front of everyone and books will be published about them with proof. Although everyone fell in love with this unwanted dissection of Kalikingkar, they are not willing to give up easily to a small writer. Various kinds of Fandi-Fikir are stuck. A game of cat and mouse. At the end of the game, everyone faces an inevitable truth. Hasan Rizvi, Bhavna Hasan, Sukorn Hasan, Monirul Haque Jhalak, Moni Kanchan, Ronak Bishak Shyamoli, Azim Uddin, Nahid, SP Khan Shaon, Rubel Khan, Abir Babu and Mintu Sardar have acted in the drama with great acting.
The lighting of the drama is designed by Thandu Raihan, the stage and costumes are designed by Anis Anand, make up by Subhashish Dutta Tanmoy and the poster is designed by Pathik Palash. Sharifa Jahan Ruma worked for Music Projection. The play was inaugurated on May 22, 2010 at Bangladesh Mahila Samiti auditorium. On May 31, 2024, the play came to the stage again in a new form at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. The total number of performances of this play is 82.
